Total delivery time: From 7-14 working days from the date you order products to when you receive them, which includes:

From 7-12 working days for made to measure although this may vary. If you have an urgent event upcoming, please contact us to request a desirable delivery schedule.

• Shipping time 

From 1-3 business days. 

Online Delivery Charges

We offer free delivery on orders of NZD$200 or over throughout New Zealand.

Our standard delivery fee is NZD$7.50. Rural deliveries will have an additional charge of NZD$5.00

Please note we do not ship to PO Boxes as we require the signature of the recipient.

Tracking numbers

A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched. Orders may be shipped in several separate packages if the order is bulky, or if it is not safe when packaged all together.
