Where can you deliver? 

We deliver to all addresses across NZ and around the world. You can contact us for a quotation or request free fabric samples.

How long until I receive my orders?

Orders can often take anywhere from 8 to 17 days. This includes 7 - 14 days for processing and 1 - 3 working days for delivery. In some rare cases, it might take longer. Find out more in shipping & delivery information.

Should I choose side opening or center opening?

Center opening is used for normal windows and side opening is used for sliding doors.

Can I get fabric free samples?

Absolutely, contact us and request for samples you want.

Where is my order?

 We will send you an e-mail when your parcel is ready to be dispatched. This includes a tracking number so you can track the package directly with the courier.

Do I get notified of dispatch? 

Absolutely. Once your order is ready for dispatch we notify you via email with a planned delivery date and a tracking number.

What happens if I'm not in when the delivery arrives? 

Not a problem! If you're not there when the delivery arrives then the delivery driver will leave a card with details of how to rearrange for a more convenient time. 

The parcel is damaged, what do I do?

All our deliveries are fully insured against damage, if the packaging is damaged in any way, please write 'damaged' on the delivery note. If you inspect your order and it is indeed damaged then we are very sorry. Please contact our customer service team and we will arrange a replacement. 

Do I have to pay for the return shipping fees?

Yes, you have to pay for return shipping.
